You represent and warrant that:

If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not access or use the platform.

2. Nature of the Platform

Employz.Ai is a software platform that provides tools and functionalities including, but not limited to:

  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and lead management;

  • Marketing automation;

  • Funnel and website creation;

  • Communication services (including email and others);

  • Artificial intelligence-enabled tools.

Employz.Ai provides technology infrastructure only. It does not guarantee any business outcomes, results, or customer-related performance. All use of the platform is at the sole discretion and risk of the user.

3. Account Responsibility

You are solely responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality and security of your login credentials;

  • All activities conducted under your account;

  • Ensuring that any authorized users, employees, or representatives comply with these Terms.

Employz.Ai reserves the right to suspend or restrict access to any account where activity is determined, in its sole discretion, to be fraudulent, abusive, or detrimental to the platform or other users.

Definition of Fraudulent or Abusive Activity

Fraudulent or abusive activity includes, without limitation:

  • Transmission of spam or unsolicited bulk communications;

  • Engagement in deceptive, misleading, or fraudulent campaigns or offers;

  • Use of false identities, fabricated data, or impersonation of any individual or entity;

  • Attempts to circumvent platform limitations or misuse platform features;

  • Any conduct that compromises the security, integrity, or reputation of the platform or its users.

Employz.Ai reserves the right to review such activities internally and take appropriate action to protect the platform and its ecosystem.

4. Usage Rules

You agree not to use Employz.Ai for any of the following purposes:

  • Dissemination of spam or unsolicited communications;

  • Fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading activities;

  • Any unlawful or unethical conduct;

  • Collection, storage, or use of personal data without appropriate authorization or consent;

  • Communication with individuals without valid consent or legal basis.

You are required to:

  • Use the platform in a lawful, ethical, and responsible manner;

  • Obtain appropriate consent prior to contacting any individual;

  • Adhere to applicable data protection and communication standards.

Any use of the platform that may harm users, violate trust, or contravene applicable laws or regulations is strictly prohibited.

5. Customer Data and Responsibility

You retain ownership of all customer data processed through the platform.

You are solely responsible for:

  • The collection, storage, and processing of such data;

  • Ensuring that appropriate consent has been obtained from your users;

  • Compliance with all applicable data protection and privacy obligations.

Employz.Ai does not assume responsibility for:

  • Any disputes between you and your customers;

  • The legality, accuracy, or compliance of your data practices.

6. Third-Party Integrations

The platform may integrate with third-party services, including but not limited to payment gateways, email providers, and communication tools.

Employz.Ai shall not be liable for:

  • Any interruptions, failures, or downtime of third-party services;

  • Data loss or corruption arising from third-party integrations;

  • Changes in policies, pricing, or functionality imposed by third-party providers.

7. Artificial Intelligence Features

Employz.Ai may provide access to artificial intelligence-based functionalities.

You acknowledge and agree that:

  • AI-generated outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable;

  • You are solely responsible for reviewing, validating, and approving such outputs prior to use;

  • You shall not use AI features for any unlawful, harmful, misleading, or unethical purposes.

8. Data Security

Employz.Ai implements commercially reasonable measures to safeguard data; however:

  • No system can be guaranteed to be completely secure;

  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and access credentials.

You are encouraged to implement industry-standard security practices, including the use of strong passwords and available security features.

9. Platform Updates and Modifications

Employz.Ai reserves the right to modify, update, or enhance the platform at any time.

Such modifications may include:

  • Introduction of new features or functionalities;

  • Enhancement, modification, or discontinuation of existing features;

  • Introduction of paid features or services in the future, where applicable.

Users acknowledge that:

  • Certain features may change or be discontinued

  • Temporary service interruptions or downtime may occur during updates.

  • Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of such modifications.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Employz.Ai shall not be liable for:

  • Any direct or indirect business losses, including loss of revenue or profits;

  • Loss of data resulting from user actions or errors;

  • Disputes between users and their customers;

  • Failures, interruptions, or issues arising from third-party services.

All use of the platform is undertaken at your own risk.

11. Refunds & Cancellations

All payments made to Employz.Ai are final and non-refundable.

Employz.Ai does not offer refunds, credits, or cancellations for any services once access has been granted or the service has been provisioned, irrespective of usage.

By using the platform, you acknowledge and agree that you will not be entitled to any refund or reimbursement under any circumstances.

12. Termination

Employz.Ai reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the platform at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where:

  • You breach these Terms;

  • You engage in misuse or unauthorized use of the platform.

Upon termination:

  • Access to the platform will be revoked;

  • Data associated with the account may be deleted after a reasonable period.
